Great guys to deal with. Rented a Focus hardtail for a day. Everything went smooth. The music in the store is AWESOME! Too bad the Betasso Preserve trail is closed to bikes on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
I love the bike I bought from BCS, and the employees - especially Ben - gave me awesome customer service. They didn't try to sell me a more expensive bike than I needed, and were super helpful. Overall, an awesome experience!
