The most unprofessional, rude and in need customer service basics training receptionist I've ever delt with. I could not even finish my sentence before getting cut off, talked down to and then told to call corporate. All I needed was an email with attachments resent to me in a format Icouks open. So when I finally told her I already had the reports from corporate and I just needed them resent she sternly replied,I with "I told I can't help you"!
So , I'll wait til Wednesday and call the Brighton facility Life Safer - "Bennys shop" for assistance. They are always pleasent and if your technician or mechanic is out,they have no problems helping you and they never have given me attitude.
