I have been dealing with Mountain Auto for a few years now, at first with a pickup and a trailer that was used for work and then my personal cars as well. Throughout the whole time our fire department has also used them for various issues that even the manufacturers of the engines were unable to diagnose or repair reasonably. They stand behind their work, and while I do know a few things about cars but am certainly limited, they never have an attitude that lets you think you are too stupid to put a wrench in your hand.
So friendly, polite, and professional. Service is so fast! Definitely I will come back for the next service.
Took my older Toyota to Mountain Auto on a referral from a friend. Lucky me! Will and Matt are great mechanics. Good prices and solid, honest work. I bring all our vehicles for service here now.
My alternator went out on my Camry. After calling about 6 other shops, I found that Mountain Auto had one of the lowest estimates. I worked with Will from start to finish. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem. He fixed the car in a reasonable time and took the time to explain to me what he worked on with the car. He did not attempt any upsells, but notified me of repairs that might be coming down the road with a realistic risk assessment. Painless process start to finish and I will use them again.
Will, Chris, and Matt are a pleasure to work with. We take our vehicle here anytime there are any issues. They are quick, honest,friendly and very accommodating when we need a ride or a loaner. We love being able to help out this local business whenever needed. Highly recommended!
