They answered all of our questions, let us try on dozens of rings, and were extremely helpful in all ways. This store has the best quality Jewelry for the price, and their customer service is better than any other Jeweler I have ever been to! I bought some matching green amethyst earrings and necklace here for my girlfriend a few years back for a Christmas present. The Customer service and prices were so good I even went back a few months later for another set of matching regular amethyst earrings and a necklace! after i saved up enough money I went back again and bought an Engagement ring for my now Fiance! I change my watch battery there two months ago. They are very nice people and the charge is fair. However this battery only lasts two months, while usually a new battery works for eight months. I have to buy a watch backcase opener and change it again myself.
I'll be picking them up tomorrow. And will change the review if something goes wrong. But I don't forsee that.
