Great store, even better management. Jamie is the epitome of a remarkable front-end supervisor, and has displayed outstanding customer service on several occasions. It's a shame that Best Buy's 888 customer service is rated at an industry-worst, ranking 1.1/5 on consumer affairs, providing little to no assistance throughout many painstaking phone calls. However, rest assured you can visit this store for excellent customer service and a large selection of great technology.
Lost a laptop due an unfortunate error while upgrading to a newer OS. I use a computer daily for work and the staff was beyond helpful and insightful in helping me get exactly what I need, with very minimal down time.

This is a higher-end Best Buy, with a Pacific Sales appliances section, a Magnolia home theater section, and some really amazing connected home displays. My only complaint is that one manager treated me rudely when I wanted to make an exchange; it almost felt like he thought I was scamming them. The other managers are great. Also, remember, they price match most of their competition, so don't just treat like a showroom for Amazon! They'll price match the whole difference with zero complaints.
