Dr. Jack used to be the quintessential hometown doctor...my family and I had to start seeing a different provider group due to changes in insurance. Recently, we made a decision to reengage with Dr. Jack and found MANY changes to his practice...most notably his back office and new medical staff. We will not be going back as a family and will not be seeing Dr. Jack again...communication has become SERIOUSLY compromised between staff, pharmacy and patient...it has left us in a terrible dilemma. It is a shame as his DPC and Liberty Healthshare Plans looked so promising for us.
Rude staff, Doctor seemed to encourage his rude staff members to be unkind to me. He did not call to discuss the problem as requested.
The person I see there is Patricia and she is not only professional in every sense but she is a person who genuinely cares about you and is helpful with any situation. Highly reccomend this practice
I have been seeing Dr. Jack for almost 2 years now and I could not be happier with him. He is attentive to what I am experiencing and is patient to listen everything I need to say, but don't know how. I found him to be very caring, flexible and willing to break down what was going on with me in a way that I could understand. I drive about 1/2 hour, past probably 100 doctors to get to his office. I highly recommend Dr. Jack.
I have been seeing Dr. Jack for several years and I drive from Littleton to Boulder in order to take advantage of him. He has helped me with pain in my back, and sciatica, and high blood pressure. His adjustments help the sciatica a lot and I appreciate Dr. Jack and his staff.
