Joke! Sadly, these people are a dam mess! Scheduled me twice with the same provider who does not take my insurance and called one hour before my appointment and told me "the doctor says you don't need to see her"... I said "what"? Like how do they know they don't need to see me when they have never seen me before!? I asked to speak to a manager and they said that's not true. We just don't accept your insurance
Don't have your kids go there sick if they haven't been there recently, they'll consider you a new patient, require your sick kid fill out a 15 page form and then send you home un-treated if you don't have your insurance card with you!!! They've become part of the healthcare bureaucracy over patient care. Wish I could vote 0-STARS.Currently looking for someone who will take care of my sick daughter.
By far the WORST doctors office I have EVER been to. The doctor was extremely rude, un empathetic and rushed. The place looks like something from the 80's and filthy! The medical assistant smelled like she had not showered for days. Honestly the most uncomfortable situation I have been in, in a long time. Go to urgent care before you go here, trust me the wait would be worth it!
I am still running into apparent resistance to my description of an organismic/cancer problem being described and treated as an orthopaedic them them. And they want me to use steroid immune suppressants even though symptoms I am describing suggest cancer, which thrives on steroids. This problem is only marginally better than my treatment at Peoples Clinic.
Doctor was accommodating and they were able to get me in the next day! I was very impressed with the knowledgeable staff and the doc had a very pleasant bedside manner.
