I've used Citywide Banks for about two years for my business account. Have always enjoyed the friendly staff and haven't had any issues with anything account related. Online services are up to snuff.
Generally poor and sluggish service, bill pay estimated arrival dates have nothing to do with actual arrival dates and rates on checking and savings accounts are generally atrocious. One might be better advised to seek another bank in Boulder, several offer zero-fee checking along with a competent staff.
