No one seems to care.
I checked the store website to check when the groomers closed at night. They said they closed at 9 pm, that was wonderful news! I really wanted to get both my dogs nails clipped and they took walk ins. I hopped in the car with my seven year old dog and my 12 week old puppy. That in itself was a challenge. I got to the store at 7 pm, and walked into the grooming station. The lights were dark, which was odd. The sign on the door said that they were open until 9 pm, but no one was there. One of the employees said that when they don't have appointments and no longer have any dogs they close the grooming center. Online did not mention that, and it was strange that they would close two hours before said they would. I had to round up the pups and take them home without getting their nails clipped. It was quite the hassle for an empty trip.
I did not feel satisfied, my dogs smell and need a bath. I feel they should have offered an exit bath for their mistake. I now need to take them and pay for two baths.
If you want mediocre care and grooming and a staff that doesn't care enough to follow up or make sure the customer is satisfied then Petsmart Boulder is the place.
I ordered snack Kongs for both dogs that totaled $44.00 per dog. As I was checking in hotel attendant said I'll put your cockapoo down for the pumpkin kong for an upset stomach. I said my dog does not have an upset stomach, I would like the regular snack kong for her. As I'm checking out I see I am charged $44.00 for the pumpkin kong l said I didn't want. I mentioned to the clerk checking me out who didn't care.
The kennel staff pointed the finger at grooming and no one took responsibility. I even stopped the store manager in the aisle and stated how unhappy I was, my bill for my two dogs totaled
Both of my dogs smelled bad on pickup and need a bath.
I used to love having my dog groomed here, but now I'm sad to report the groomers are just young high school students now. My dog was terrified and the young guy didn't even get to groom him. I won't be going back after being a year long customer.
Anika the dog trainer there is great. We were having problems with our puppy and she gave us very good advice that helped a lot. Even better than at the humane society. I highly recommend the puppy classes.
Very unprofessional lady behind Pet Hotel . I wrote down name of the Vet . She called wrong number of my Vet & totally gave me different name than I told her. She made a problem from the beginning about my immunizations needing to be given again even though I boarded my 10 pound dog yesterday without a problem. Condescending woman then manager came with his arms folded & frowning so that was negative energy all around. That’s why I go to Pet Co.
Very poor service, I boarded my dogs (2 of them) for 10 days. I scheduled both dogs to be groomed the day I was picking them up. I paid $94.00 for a labradoodle groom($72.00 + $22.00 for top dog grooming package). I paid $77.00 for my cockapoo ($55.00+$22.00 for the top dog grooming package). I called on Friday, the day I was to pick them up to see if they were done grooming. The pet hotel clerk said they were groomed 4 days earlier on Tuesday. When I asked why she said "yeah we thought that was weird." I requested a certain groomer and scheduled a 12:00pm appointment for my labradoodle for the Friday I was picking up.I did not get the groomer I requested and my labradoodle got a very poor $94.00 groom.
I boarded them in March for 10 days also and the grooming was screwed up. I requested baths and grooming for each dog. When I picked up the dogs only one dog was groomed. I inquired about it and they said we didn't know what to do. My phone number is on my kennel paperwork they could have contacted me.
$778.92 for their stay.
