Friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful array of comfortable and beautiful shoes. Not as much stock (though all the same styles) as the downtown one, but if they don't have your size, they can usually order it over from the downtown location for next-day pickup. I like how cozy this store is, and it's more accessible than the downtown one (free parking!). I almost shouldn't be reviewing it, as I like keeping it as a "locals secret," but alas ;-)
