Well, it's been almost a year now. The whole transaction was trouble-free from start to finish. I complicated things a bit by adding some light tubes during the total roof replacement, which impacted the timing of the crew a little bit and still, they got the job done in a day and half. I could not have been more impressed. Larry is a straight shooter and delivered on everything he promised. In this case, they also came in with the best bid. Excellent value all around.
