The USPS is the worst post office in US, bad service and does not respect to costumer.
Terrible service - go to the downtown Boulder office instead.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have called multiple times, each time to be hung up on. Just trying to locate a missing package. Seriously such bad customer service!!!
The reviews are correct, truly. The lady that works there was rude. Then, she helped someone behind me even though my package was ready. I asked her directly why she was being that way to me when I was just simply trying to get through my day as well. She seemed to know her attitude was intentional. It feels as if she is being rude in an unnatural way. I can imagine other people are rude to her all day, and she is just unconsciously mimicking it. I took the time to be kind to her after she somewhat trampled on me. She hurriedly said thank you in a tail between her legs kind of way. Be kind as most people just need kindness.
I stopped by here to mail a package and although 3 employees were there, no one offered to help me. I was the only customer in there and after I stood around for a while one employee asked another employee if they were going to help me. He then started pressing buttons on the computer but still never looked up or acknowledged me. I was looking straight at him standing on the other side of the counter and he never even said a word to me. I could have just asked someone to help me but their incredible rudeness turned me off.
