This company is awesome!! We live in MA while our son is in college in Boulder, CO. College Student Storage makes moving and packing SO easy!!!
I've used CSS a few times and they've been really helpful each time. They always drop off my boxes in a timely manner and are super accessible if I have any questions, even on moving days that I know are busy. They're really flexible too, and made every accommodation they could have to make the experience seamless.
They are a life saver!!!
I am so grateful for the excellent service we received from CSS. It was a lifesaver for us, as we live out of state and really didn't want to bring all of our student's things home. They were timely, helpful, and very personable on the phone, both at pick up and delivery when school was about to start. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
The owner does not take complaints well. I emailed the company after shipping my bike home through CSS. The bike wasn't dismantled with much care and I was billed additional fees that were not explained to me when I asked the CSS manager for shipping quotes. When I addressed these issues in the email, the owner called me and was defensive and rude in describing how long he's been working with bikes and seemed upset that I was asking about the extra fees.
