The prices. It's typical movie theater prices. Also known as - a total pain in the butt to deal with. Most people, especially family and teens, or anyone in a large group.

Tips: go on a weekday if you don't like dealing with middle and high schoolers. Go after 8 of you don't want to deal with young children.

Overall, the theater is a great, convenient choice for those of you who live in Boulder. Potential problems:

Mens bathroom has 2 of 3 urinals broken/filled with urine?

Show time is 7:30 PM, movie begins at 7:50?

5 reps serving at concession stand, 1 cashier, with a line 20 people deep?

Decent theater. The AMC Flatirons Crossing has much better seats that recline etc.

Went with kids to Sunday evening movie. Popcorn not fresh (regular and kettle). Drink machine out of Coke! Floor in snack bar area filthy. Not very busy and enough staff to take care of it. Disappointed. Usually much better.

Assigned seats. This has usually worked actually very well for me, but every once in a while, you get the misfortune of sharing an experience with an uptight person whose ultimate goal is to police people and make a huge deal out of basically nothing if someone is in the wrong seat.

Needs work guys...

Awesome theatre, never ending bucket of popcorn and Coke zero cup, comfortable seating, great sound and video in the Real 3D Cinema. Easy to find parking (on a week day)
