Beautiful inn with wonderful freshly cooked breakfast and snacks. Very accommodating staff with clean rooms. The highway runs right up against the property, so request a room on the back side of the inn for a quieter night's sleep.
Reasonably priced. Tired decor. The current owners were in the process of selling to a new buyer when we were there.

This place was right up my alley. Has that vintage hunting lodge feel. Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was always good. Great trails and places to explore nearby, downtown boulder just a short hop away. Would definitely stay here again when in town.
We booked a room away from the highway. It was infested with raccoons which caused ceiling and water damage. We were offered an upgrade and took it, but there was an odor - maybe mildew in the upgrade. We left a day early. The staff was sweet & the breakfast was lovely. Incomplete construction throughout the inn as well. If the negatives don't bother you, you'll enjoy your time here. I've added pictures of some of the construction.
