I love Geico's Boulder office and I had to write this review because today my civic's battery died after I parked it and went in to make my payment. Joe actually helped me by jumping my battery, even though it was right at closing time and the traffic was horrendous - if I called roadside assistance I might have been waiting an hour or two - Talk about great customer service! I've been with Geico for years now and imo this office Rocks like the Flatirons. Do go by and check them out, you will be glad you did! Thanks again Joe and Boulder Geico!
I called this office about a name issue on my homeowner's insurance. I talked to Cari--she returned my call promptly and informed me she had found me a better policy at a much lower rate. This is customer service at it's best. Cari also dealt with a question on my car insurance and, again, saved me money. She was professional, easy to talk to, and made me feel my concerns were important to her. I highly recommend this office, and especially Cari, for your insurance needs.

Got my quote started on Geico's website. loved how I could adjust rates and see changes to my premium and get an insurance plan that works best for me. Unfortunately it wasn't as easy to recall my quote and pay for it a week or so later. Jerry called to follow up and helped me process the payment. He was great, but I did prefer to finish things online.
