OK, it was my fault for being a dunderhead and forgetting cash in the machine, but it was apparently turned in and then given to a claimant 10 minutes after I left. This claimant didn't have to sign the log...very fishy. Smells of an inside job. I didn't expect it back, but apparently the fast-cash Karma is getting me and putting someone else in its sights.
*update* renovations have made this store a complete nightmare. The layout is horrible. The only employee friendly enough is an older gentleman at customer service. The rest of the staff are not very friendly to us anytime we go to this location. We now goto a different location. We are also considering shopping at a different brand as the experiences have left a negative taste in our mouths.
There supermarket seems nice. Part of it doesn't yet functions, like the ready-made food section.
Otherwise I really like the store, great people and service.....just remember to pick up your $$$ at the end of visit..

This is my neighborhood grocery store. Good store, parking can challenging. Since Boulder first added a plastic bag tax, then a sugar tax, I go here very rarely now. I find I do almost all of my shopping outside of Boulder. Just easier & less $$.
Great layout. The store is always clean I like the prices. Employees seem to be friendly and care and that matters to me and I can get fuel after I shop. What could be more perfect?
Large selection of organic food. Helpful staff and cashiers. In the middle of remolding, however great customer service. Has Starbucks inside of store.
The self-checkout if the most non-intuitive I've ever seen. After you pay with a credit card you have to tap on the credit card icon on the screen so that the transaction would be approved, there is absolutely no indication that it's required. I had to ask assistance, and the store representative said, this is just the way it is and they have no control over it and that he gets asked that all the time.
