My husband bought me a shirt here not realizing the return policy was only 7 days. When we tried to take it back they wouldn't give us a refund which we get, but they would only exchange it for the clearance price even though we had a receipt for full price. She said I could only exchange it for what they would sell it for now which still puts the extra money in their pocket instead of refunding it to us or at least letting us make a full in store exchange so we didn't lose money. I have never seen such a harsh return policy not even allowing you in store credit. Won't be back

I have been a customer at Star's since 1980. I will never shop there again after they failed to give me any satisfaction when I informed them the zipper fell off a pair of Joe's designer jeans I bought there after wearing them 4 times. They have been in business too long to not take care of loyal customers and they should go out of business. It's sad to not be able to shop local businesses.

This place was ok, just ok.

Remembering back in the day when sales people were helpful, grabbed different sizes, and actually cared. Today...not so much. Fail! Big time.

I purchased a $90 crossbody bag on 6/14 during my visit to Boulder. Only when I returned home and took the tags off did the lobster claw hook snap in half. I called the store on 6/19 (within the return policy window) and explained the situation and said I could mail it back to the store. They said they would talk to the owner and get back to me. Only after we're outside of the 7 day return window did I call back (because I didn't hear anything) and they said they were trying to get a replacement from the supplier. They finally called me back on 6/24, 10 days later. I missed the call, but recently called them to hear what they could do. Katie, a store manager, said that I'd either have to find a local tailor to replace the buckle and bill them or I can get a store credit. I asked to speak with the owner and she laughed and said she'd give her the message in a sarcastic tone which indicated that's probably not happening. Do you really think I'd come back after this experience?
