I avoided the credit card machine because of the reported issues. The change machine only dispenses dollar coins (not helpful for changing big bills and such), but machines take dollar coins or quarters. Otherwise it's a pretty standard self service car wash with vacuums, can't complain.
I like this place but I was charged $10 even after I explicitly pushed stop after a couple minutes. The screen said my total was 3.55 and my statement says 10. Then I looked back in my history and found out that I actually get charged $10 about half the time. And I am careful to press stop and turn the dial off. I won't be going here again because I don't trust them.
When I finished washing my car, the self service display indicated that I owed around $5.50, which based on previous experience, felt about right for the amount of time I'd used the power washer. However, a few days later my credit card statement showed that I had been charged $10. I won't use this car wash again.

This is the second time I went here so I was aware of the Stop Button for CC payment to avoid the full $10.00 charge. I had no problems the previous time in the first bay. I KNOW I pressed the stop button after my charge of about $3.45 appeared yet when I check my bank statement, I see a charge of $10.00!! This is illegal and I will complain to the BBB and never go here again!
