No surprise that Amazon is devouring these big box stores. I asked for help finding a specific book, and was told to go look in a general direction that they might have it. The human touch is all this place had going for it and it to now is gone. FYI the book will be here in two days!

I love Barnes and Noble, that's a given. But my experience with the Starbucks inside of this bookstore today was absolutely fantastic. The two lovely ladies working at the counter gave me my drink very quickly, but informed me there was a problem with my bagel and they offered me a new pastry and drink to make up for the issue. I was absolutely floored by their fantastic service. Really above and beyond work, I highly recommend this B&N and Starbucks.
Michele the front end cashier was amazing, patient and very helpful. She got us a discount for a soiled product.
