I can't get enough of this place—a bit pricey but absolutely worth it, and a wonderful place to shop for gifts.
Although this place is expensive it is worth it! Great variety of cured meats, cheeses, wine, and just about everything you need to put on a great dinner party. The daily pre-made sandwiches are a great option for a fancy treat while hiking! Nice variety of gourmet chocolate as well.
Not only the best gourmet store in Boulder, Cured is a warm community gathering place with lovely sandwiches and cheese plates. Cured is by far my fav spot for special treats like high quality cured meats and cheeses, perfectly baked breads and chocolate bars from around the world.
In addition to all this there is a great little liquor store in the back with hard to find beers, wines and liquor.
Delicious and unique experience. Worth the visit, and you must try one of their artesian sandwiches!
They also have a great selection of olive oils, pasta, salts, honey, and other specialist items.

Cured is a hybrid tiny market and high end deli. They have 3-4 pre made sandwiches each day which are high quality and European in style. They also have a meat or cheese plate each day. These items can be eaten at the small tables inside or taken away.
great selection for mid afternoon snack or picnic with a special touch.. Staff was amazing. Gave wonderful suggestions within my price range...and my guests were wow'd with variety and tastes.
