I opened an account and deposited $150 in the winter for the sole purpose of getting a discounted ski pass and was told that I had a 3 month grace period where there would be no fees on the account. I was also told that after this grace period I would receive a call to see if I wanted to continue the account before they issued any fees which I stressed was an extremely important reminder. Fast forward about 6 months later where I remembered I'd opened the account but never received any calls or communication. I went down to find out my account had dropped in the $20's from my original $150. I take partial responsibility for forgetting I had made the account, which I told them, but at the same time never had heard from them because my "personal banker" quit and apparently I was never passed on to another banker. The manager Carly spoke with me and supposedly understood my situation and said she would see what she could do and try and reverse my fees. She advised she would call me in a few days but this never happen.

I went down weekly for about a month to try and speak with her and left messages with the tellers to have her call. The number listed is just an 800 number so I just rode down to go to the branch in person. Finally, I was helped by another teller and I was told that some fees were refundable but not all and Carly thought she had called to tell me. Overall, I deposited $150, lost $60, and had terrible customer service with no empathy for the situation their mismanagement had put me in. It isn't even the money but the principle of a company taking no responsibility for having a system in place when someone quits, Carly being unreachable, and me having to explain the same situation every time I went back in. I have worked in the financial services industry before so can attest to how terrible they handled this situation. I hope people avoid Wells Fargo or at least this branch.

I highly recommend not using Wells Fargo and namely this location. The manager Carly, while a nice person, is terrible to work with and extremely unorganized/unreachable. I had to work with this branch for about a month to close an account I had opened. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and Carly.

If you go to this location, talk to Rob. It's hard to find a good personal banker, but he's top notch.
