I work down the street and stopped by Phil's studio on my way back from a meeting. This studio is amazing. Phil took the time to walk me through the process of creating his work and was super gracious and welcoming. There are a lot of unique pieces including books, puzzles, stickers. . .there is something for everyone. Highly recommend swinging by!
I met Phil many years ago at the People's Fair in Denver (30 years ago? Man, how time... blah blah) I bought an octopus print & calendar... he is so talented. Today, looking at my framed octopus, I was wondering about him... did he "make it?" Was he still around? My google search has made my Sunday a better one. Thank you, for my art, Phil.
Phil is a great guy who has an awesome gallery. I scheduled an appointment and he was very happy to meet with me to discuss a custom art piece and delivery options. He showed me some of his processes and tools as he made my piece on the spot. He had a lot of custom pieces in his gallery that I didn't remember seeing on his website. Highly recommended!
